Two roles:
- Backend-focused: Own platform architecture connecting AI/ML pipelines to user features. Design systems that scale 10x. Deep Python, integrations, robust APIs.
- Frontend-focused: Build interfaces that delight marketers. Strong React/TypeScript, jump into backend when needed.
Looking for: AI-native developers (Cursor user?), comfortable with ambiguity, ship iteratively, customer-focused over technical purity. Startup experience preferred.
Culture: Close-knit Seattle team, shared workspace, low ego/high ownership, direct customer collaboration.
