We are hiring a Social Media Manager to be the voice of the brand across social channels, working with our content, growth and DevRel teams to create social content that educates, engages and amplifies all aspects of communication from product updates to thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel social media campaigns, ensuring execution against strategic objectives and maintaining a well organized content calendar.
• Create high-quality short form posts and threads that drive engagement, particularly when promoting launches, news, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with a designer to ensure all social media assets are on-brand, visually compelling, and strategically aligned with campaign goals and overall brand identity.
• Stay responsive to emerging trends, memes, and cultural narratives—knowing when to jump in and how to do it in a way that feels native and on-brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing or social media marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven social media strategies that demonstrably grew engagement, followership, and brand presence.
• Solid understanding of audience building and brand representation on social media.
• Strong grasp of Web3 culture and crypto-native communication styles; you know what will land—and what won’t.
• Experience analyzing, reporting on, and implementing engagement data.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing team members, growth and engineering teams.
• Native English speaker or near-native English fluency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi, or real-world asset tokenization.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Experience running or scaling brand channels from scratch.
