Role & Responsibilities:

As an Investment Analyst or Associate, you’ll play a core role in sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage Web3 deals with the following areas of responsibilities:

Investment Research

Stay on the pulse of Web3 and emerging technologies. Lead and own sector deep dives and track trends across frontier areas such as restaking, derivatives, privacy or consumer finance. Build conviction and drive internal discussions.

Deal Flow & Due Diligence

Source and evaluate investment opportunities. Analyze protocols through whitepapers, technical docs, tokenomics, and competitive mapping. Conduct reference checks and prepare internal memos, models, and IC materials.

Portfolio Support

Track vesting schedules, token events, and corporate actions. Help monitor performance and maintain monthly reporting across portfolio companies.

Operations & Process Automation

Manage internal workflows and documentation across CRM, pipeline, and investor updates. Contribute to internal process optimization, tooling improvements, AI agent development and automation efforts.

Brand & Community

Support our presence in ecosystem conversations, social media, and with LPs. Help craft and distribute insights, updates, and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive team player who thrives in fast-moving, decentralized environments.

Must haves:

• Deep curiosity and conviction in crypto/web3
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly distill key value drivers
• Prior experience researching blockchain projects or protocols
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Self-sufficient, organized, and detail-oriented
• 2-5 years of experience in a professional investment setting for Associate-level candidates

Preference for the candidates with at least two of the following:

• Experience at a VC fund or an investment firm
• In-depth crypto-native research (e.g., on-chain, tokenomics, ecosystem mapping)
• Technical proficiency (e.g., scripting, data tooling, LLM agent workflows, Github fluency)
