AgentMail is building the identity and communication infrastructure for AI agents, starting with email. We are looking for a Senior Engineer with backend and infra focus to architect systems for agents as the end users.

Responsibilities:

• Design APIs that are intuitive for both humans and LLMs
• Architect high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Write and review clean, idiomatic code
• Maintain comprehensive documentation
• Lead and manage a team of 4-6 engineers

Qualifications:

• Has 3+ years of work experience as an engineer working on infrastructure at a tech company
• Has architected software used in production by millions of users

Compensation:

• $250k - $400k base salary
• 1.0% - 2.0% equity
