PRAVA is building the faith activation platform that celebrates comebacks over streaks. We help the 60-80% of passive churchgoers reconnect through grace-based habits and community coordination.

The Role:

• Contract: 20hr/week (October), scaling to 10hr/week ongoing

• $70-80/hour based on experience

• Equity participation available

• Performance bonuses for exceptional work

• Remote, US timezones preferred

• Start: October, 2025

You'll Design:

• Graceful onboarding flows

• Daily micro-commitment interfaces

• Our signature "comeback moment" experience

• Faith Health Dashboard (growth without grades)

• Group coordination with privacy-first design

• Sunday Sabbath Mode (when metrics pause)

We're Looking For:

• 3+ years product design experience

• Strong mobile app portfolio (required)

• Wellness/mindfulness app experience (huge plus)

• Figma expertise and design system skills

• Someone who believes interfaces should respect emotional states
