Logicstics is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Google Ads / AI Search Specialist to take ownership of our online lead generation strategy. We are an international moving and logistics company serving customers relocating throughout the world.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, analyze, and improve campaigns themselves, not simply coordinate with outside agencies.

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for increasing qualified leads while continuously improving our cost per acquisition and overall marketing ROI. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing
• Conduct keyword research and continuously improve PPC campaign structure, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and landing pages
• Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, impression share, search terms, and other performance metrics
• Develop and execute our organic SEO strategy
• Perform technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO
• Identify content and keyword opportunities based on search intent
• Improve rankings for high-value international moving and logistics searches
• Develop strategies for AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews/Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms
• Improve how Logicstics and its content are discovered, cited, and recommended by AI search engines
• Research emerging GEO/AEO/LLM optimization strategies and test what actually produces results
• Create content strategies designed for both traditional search engines and AI search
• Work with our developers to improve landing pages, conversion tracking, site structure, schema, page speed, and technical SEO
• Build dashboards and reporting that clearly show leads, acquisition costs, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
• Identify new digital channels and lead-generation opportunities
• Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing research, content workflows, analysis, and campaign performance

What We're Looking For:
You should have proven hands-on experiece with:

• Google Ads and PPC campaign management
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager
• SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Technical and on-page SEO
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Conversion tracking and attribution
• Landing page optimization and CRO
• Lead-generation campaigns
• AI tools used for marketing, research, analysis, and content creation
• AI search optimization, GEO, AEO, or a strong understanding of how brands gain visibility in generative search

Experience marketing international moving, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, relocation, or other high-value service businesses is a major advantage.

What Matters Most
We are not looking for someone who measures success by traffic, impressions, or the number of articles published. We care about qualified leads and profitable customer acquisition.

You should be comfortable looking at a campaign and answering questions such as: Which keywords are generating booked customers? What are we paying for those customers? Where are we wasting money? Which organic pages generate actual inquiries? Why are competitors appearing in AI search results when we aren't? What should we change this month to generate more business?

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Demonstrable results managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong SEO knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written English
• Experience working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines without constant supervision
• Comfortable learning and testing emerging AI marketing technologies
