Join Softech Associate to build and ship real software for our clients. We are looking for engineers with strong fundamentals and excellent communication who want to grow on a remote-first team.

What we're looking for

• Strong foundational knowledge of computer science and software engineering
• Comfort with data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean coding principles
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically
• Advanced-level English communication skills
• Confidence and clarity when reasoning through technical problems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain real client projects across the stack
• Participate in system design discussions and coding tasks
• Collaborate in mock interviews and technical discussions to grow as a team
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly with the team and clients
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code

Preferred technical background

Cloud AWS · Azure · GCP

Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or modern developer platforms is a plus.
