Your Role

  1. Channel Strategy and Expansion: Develop and execute Go-to-Market channel strategies for the US market, quickly establish and manage a network of partners including distributors, retailers, KOLs, and media.
  2. Key Customer Acquisition: Target and identify core distributors and partners of competitors (such as Ledger and Trezor) and convert them into OneKey’s ecosystem.
  3. Resource Monetization: Effectively leverage your strong industry resource network to rapidly drive collaboration implementation and achieve exponential growth in sales targets.
  4. Market Activity Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to lead or participate in industry summits, offline meetups, brand events, etc., held in the U.S. to enhance brand influence and acquire high-quality leads.
  5. Market Insights: Continuously monitor the U.S. hardware wallet market, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to provide frontline intelligence for headquarters’ product and strategic decision-making.
  6. (Optional) Korean Market Support: If you have the relevant resources and capabilities, you can assist in the initial expansion of the Korean market.

Who You Are

  1. Able to be based in the United States, with a deep understanding and firsthand experience of the U.S. cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  2. Over 3 years of sales, business development, or channel management experience in the technology hardware (cryptocurrency hardware wallets/mining machines/smartphones/PCs, etc.) or fintech sectors.
  3. Possess an existing, readily deployable network of distributors, retailers, or industry KOLs.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, approachability, and energy (a high-energy people person), with a results-oriented mindset and innovative thinking.

Bonus Criteria (Any One Preferred)

  1. U.S. native with deep familiarity with local business culture and extensive access to domestic hardware market resources.
  2. Chinese background, fluent in both Chinese and English, with a deep understanding of cultural differences between China and the US, and the ability to effectively integrate Chinese supply chain/market strategies with local US market needs.
  3. Successful experience in planning and executing large-scale offline exhibitions and brand events, with a keen sense of market trends (MKT sense).
  4. Possession of market resources or expansion experience in the Korean market.
