Stack: Laravel 12 (PHP 8.4), MySQL, Redis, Laravel Nova, RetellAI voice agents, Telnyx, Stripe, SendGrid. AWS Elastic Beanstalk.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Voice agent infrastructure (RetellAI, Telnyx WebRTC)
• AI-powered recovery pipelines (sequence orchestration, smart timing)
• Enterprise integrations (Fortune 500 dashboards)
• Internal tooling (MCP servers, Claude Code skills, automated QA)
• Payment processing (Stripe Connect, installment plans)

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years PHP/Laravel
• Daily AI tool usage (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
• Screen recording of your work process
• English communication, async-first
• Available during EU business hours (UTC to UTC+4)

Contractor. Remote (UTC to UTC+4 timezones).

The CEO codes daily and reviews every PR. Zero layers between you and decisions.
