Senior Graphic and Web Designer

We are an international boutique agency focused on branding, Figma based web design, and Webflow development. We are hiring a full time designer who can own brand identity work and high-end website design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand identities from strategy to final delivery

• Design award-winning websites in Figma

• Collaborate with the team

• Create marketing collateral such as social posts, pitch decks, and event visuals

• Work in close contact with clients in Slack and present your work in English

• Give and receive structured feedback and push for high craft

What We Are Looking For

• Strong portfolio that shows brand identities and modern websites

• Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC

• Clear visual taste, layout skills, and typography knowledge

• Experience working with design systems and reusable components

• English at C1 level or higher

• Self management, ownership, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Webflow handoff familiarity

• Motion basics with After Effects or Lottie

• 3D or illustration skills
